About me

I am Elena, a psychotherapist, specializing in existential therapy and systemic family psychotherapy, helping clients cope with various problems.

As part of existential therapy, I work with
  1. Anxiety and depression.
  2. Fear of death and loneliness.
  3. Difficulties in making choices and taking responsibility.
  4. An inner emptiness and lack of meaning.
  5. Burnout.
  6. Age crises.
As part of systemic family psychotherapy, I help to
  1. Resolve frequent conflicts in the couple.
  2. Improve intergenerational understanding and communication (child-parent relationships).
  3. Coping with the loss of a loved one (death or divorce).
  4. Adjust to changes in family composition (birth of a baby or children leaving).
I'm not working.

Important: in an individualized format with children under seventeen years of age.
